Options for connecting to conference screen
1. Connect your laptop to the monitor cable
2. Or connect from your local Microsoft Teams App. (Add room as participant.)
On the room's touchscreen, choose "Share Screen".
Does not require using Outlook.
Go to
share.Webex.com - ultrasound detects the room you're in.

Guest Webex account - Enter meeting number
